Re: Dropbox and file sharing

Unfortunately since the cretins at Dropbox have terminated public folder linking, even for paying customers, all links to images I have posted on these forums over the years are no longer working.
Same here. Very annoying.
There is still a way to link directly to images on your Dropbox by adding &raw=1 at the end of the newly generated links.
If it's worth the effort, you could ask an administrator to make your posts editable. So you could set new links.
I know this means a lot of work, but it would be a shame if your great photos were lost forever at getDPI.

When did that happen, may I ask? I've had Dropbox (free version) for a few months but only use it rarely to send people X3F files.

Could you please explain the reflection? I'm confused now :)
The reflection of the scene is from a black lacquered lounge table with glass cover the Sigma was put on. And I set the self timer to 2 seconds to avoid vibration/shake from pushing the shutter button.

Re: Akashi Kaikyō Bridge and Maiko park (Kobe - Japan)

Adnen, I just bought a DP2M and those images are most encouraging . .

thanks for posting. :D
Thank you... I am sure you will enjoy it  The DP2M is a hard to beat camera when it comes to image quality/compactness/value for money compromise...
