Skin tones on 645Z How are they out of camera

My main concern is Skin tones and at ISO 100 up to ISO 1600. I am not looking to adjust in PP for the skin tones. I have read that it has a red dish cast to Caucasuian skin tones. Any suggestions. I use LR for PP Thanks

Hmm, you don't want to adjust in editing, but want to have better tones right out of camera? You can probably adjust for a custom WB "in camera" to achieve this, but it's easy to just shoot a 18% grey card or use color checker passport. You can create a "preset" with all images taken with the same lighting and simply "apply to all", so all photos taken within the same lighting match.
