FWIW, it is Rajasthan.

Raja = King

Raji = A fairly common female name (with some royal connotation).

As an after thought, it is fitting the image.

"Rajistan" or "Ranistan".

"Princessesly State" (if one can make up such a word!) instead of "Princely State" (Rajastan)
