Ah, for some reason I thought the DP1 shoots in 4:3 format.The issue with the Ricoh finder is that it's 3:4 ratio rather than 2:3, so you need to be aware of the difference when framing.

Oh yeah, 800 is about ideal for the DP1.....in rawi almost exclusively shoot iso 800, raw, convert via channel mixer.

I convert in....(Silver Efex)...gotta be quiet about that.....it's almost to easy...
