Need some Help .... (Frames)

I see all the magnificent photos here and quite a few have nice frames accentuating the image better.

I know how to do this in Photoshop but I don't actually use this program anymore. Is there a way to do frames in Lightroom or Aperture, or any other simple application?

Is it not that easy to do frames and watermarks in LR as you can do it in any CSx.
LR indeed has no such function. You cannot implement any action or similar function to get the same result as in CS. But as ever, one solution is available:

Search for MOGRIFY

This extra piece of Software enables a lot of new functionalty to LR such as frames possiblities or watermarks or or or...
