But 30 minutes with Matt Denton's tutorial on the relube--which they all seem to need, and I have a very nice daylight portrait lens that weighs only 129 grams. It's now tight and smooth.

Though not as sharp as the elmar 50 2.8, according to rockwell, it seems pretty sharp at F8 to me. I'll post up some pics when I get a chance.
