I often use a little table tripod on the floor with the selftimer in churches. Great for cealings. I got no objections this far. But then it is handy to have AF like with my two Sigma lenses for Sony. I think you should buy them as well, they are really good and so cheap as well. (especially compared to a 50 lux :lecture:)
