Really old!
Today my Zeiss Jena Planar 4.5/50mm arrived, made in 1900 means 117 years old. I mount it in a Russian Industar barrel, it is adjusted to infinity and can now be use with a rangefinder and a mirrorless camera.
This old style Planar were my most wanted lens, in 50mm nearly impossible to find and made so early, I can´t believe it.
The Planar were patented in 1896 by Dr. Paul Rudolph and it is the forefather of all modern lenses. Six elements in four groups, a fully symmetric double Gauss design.
