On an old Helios 44 (58/2, russian Biotar clone) it's very easy to unscrew the ring that holds the front element in place. On an old beaten-up copy I unscrewed it and flipped the front element around and then mounted the retainer ring again. Especially between f2 and f2.8 you then get some pretty psychedelic effects :toocool:
