Sony A7r File Downloads on Surface Pro

I am new to loading files onto my Windows Surface Pro, and just now am trying to put some pictures on the tablet for easy viewing.
My A99 camera files load just fine, but my Sony A7r files will not load, at least not in any way that I can view them. Is there a program I would need to download first?

Not sure-

But since they did download and open onto Bridge,

I will try to take the files from Bridge on my computer and download them (via USB) into my Surface Pro tablet.

You might also try Sony Image Data Converter software that came with the camera. I have that plus C1 Pro loaded on mine and have no problems with either.
