    Silly file name question

    Hi guys,

I've spent the day configuring my A77II (micro adjustment, custom buttons, testing, etc) and I was wondering how can I make the file name NOT to reset each time I turn the camera off. I mean, lets say I have a file called DSC00001.ARW. If I turned the camera off, then on again and took another photo I would expect the next file would be named DSC00002.ARW, but it's actually DSC00001.ARW again! This is a problem for me because many times when I'm testing I copy a session of files to the same folder and the computer asks me if I want to replace the existing files. I'm sure there's a very easy way to change this on the settings that I just haven't found yet.

On the A7R it is \Toolbox\5\FileNumber\Series.

Who knows, Sony software programmers might take copyright very seriously and never use the same, even on their own cameras, command series.
