    Hi David,

I don't have the A7 II, but I have 3 Olympus cameras with IBIS.
Those sensors I would never think of touching.
All my other cameras I also wet clean.

If your A7 II needs cleaning I suggest you ask Sony for guidance.
    Good luck!
    With best regards, K-H.

I have not cleaned that A7II, yet, but I have wet cleaned other cameras with IBIS such as Olympus and Pentax without any particular issue.

Does it even move when turned off. Never checked and I'm trying to remember if I wet cleaned it yet . The A7r yes several times but I'm drawing a blank on the A7II if I have yet.
Photography is all about experimentation and without it you will never learn art.
