Daniel Morrison at monochromeimaging sent me the link to a new RAW converter for debayered sensor outputs.

This outputs my A7rII(m) files in 8 bit greyscale. Artifacts are suppressed but since the pseudo color 16bit versions are gone, no possibility to use Nik and such.

I was struggling with this with other converters. Via the new converter. I still have a long way to with PP.
