Apologise for a rather newbie question, I haven't got the chance to shoot with A7x but really intrigued about the upcoming A7rII (like everyone else I suppose).
I normally shoot with MFDB but at times I long for certain feature of DSLR. One of my favourite is the Picture Style of Canon 5DII/III. I can create a custom tone curve/custom colour response with Canon software, load it on to the camera and shoot RAW + JPEG, and get instant visual response of how the final image is going to look. Of course the RAW files need further fine-tuning, but Picture Style JPEG is quite close to what I want to achieve finally, and to me having that feedback is quite valuable.
Do we have a similar thing in Sony firmware?
