You're becoming a hip-ster, K-H ... :facesmack:
Thanks Bart. I don't mind being hip if I have to. :ROTFL:
BTW, El Parasol has excellent New Mexican food, also for take out.
A typical question when ordering is:"Red or green?" Chili that is.
If one answers:"Christmas." Then one gets both kind.

Please note, New Mexican and Mexican food are distinctly different. :facesmack:
As is Tex Mex food. However, all 3 are spicy hot and delicious.

If all three of them are 'spicy hot' (and apparently delicious ), then what sets them apart ?

Bart, great question.
They can be different dishes and differently prepared, also different ingredients used.
For example, some Mexican restaurants have seafood tacos, New Mexican ones don't.
I have had a seafood taco in a Mexican restaurant in New Mexico, but I have never seen it offered in a New Mexican restaurant. :facesmack:

Thanks, K-h. I looks like Mexican food is going to be all Dutch to me ...

Two different days, two different cameras, two different lightings,
may be the same Red-Naped Sapsucker.
