Metabones and Sony a7r3 stange behaviour

I'm using a plain Metabones adaptor, not a Speedbooster, on a Contax zoom and a a7r3, and at ISO 200 and f8 or f11 I'm getting a speed of 1/30 or 1/50 on a sunny day outside.

I seem to be loosing a couple of stops or so. Anyone have experience on this? Thanks.
