Love wet plate!!! Great images but I don't think they work well as "fashion". Seems more like "art" to me. 
There is a guy (Ed) doing fantastic wet plate images in the San Francisco area. Would post a link to his images but he often shoots nudes, so maybe not appropriate to post here?!?
