Ha! Only in Texas! Well, maybe Louisiana or Florida too. :)

In Alaska you're more likely to see "Moose...the other red meat."

But can you imagine a whole moose on a spit like that?

Alligator is tasty, as is moose. And no antibiotics or hormones added. ;)
