    Has Nikon factory survived Tsunami?

    The factory is four miles inland and 81 miles from the epicenter.

    I agree but the full extent of this disaster wasn't obvious, to me, at the time of posting. It was simply a photographic footnote on a photographic site.
    Environmentally and Economically this is going to have a massive impact, and may well put a lot of non meaningful matters into perspective.
