    Tsunami Photos

The NYTimes has some striking photographs of the tsunami's aftermath:

Photography is all about experimentation and without it you will never learn art.

There are hundreds and hundreds of people stranded among that debris. Like here: http://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2...1_japan.html#3 Twitter and other sites like it are lit up with a constant flow of pleas for help, rescue, food, and RFI's about how to protect themselves from the radiation. And tonight the forecast is for snow with a current temperature this moment as I type of 3C in that area. And it's only 5:30pm

Horrible. I can't even imagine how one begins to try and find normal again.

    Re: Tsunami Photos

The ariel shot showing hundreds of cars forming a pattern like so many pebbles on a beach was incredibly telling of the power that nature wields.

All the might of man's endeavors is but a leaf in the wind.

Tears and sympathy to the great and stoic people of Japan. May God help them.
