The Readability tool (intro, video, and download link here: http://lab.arc90.com/2009/03/readability.php) lets you choose the font size and style and margins you prefer, and removes distracting ads and junk from web pages. Great for all you old guys who want big fonts. 
It eliminates much of the annoying stuff that populates most web pages. If it doesn't work for a particular page, you just reload and it returns to the normal view. Works with Safari, Firefox, Opera, and IE.
