    Question G.A.S. finally cured ...

    ... or so it seems: Japanese camera market still in decline.

    Admittedly, until now I didn't buy much gear this year ...
    Waiting for the Fuji GF 50/3.5 and GF 45-100/4.0

    It would be interesting to se the figures for lenses. When I compare my current cameras with newer models using tests like the dpr studio scene, I see a big difference in quality. When I look at my photos taken with good lenses, I see no such problem. So my focus is on buying better lenses, not so much cameras.

    I think most enthusiasts are coming to similar conclusions these days, so camera sales will continue to decline, maybe back towards pre-digital figures. That would be a healthy development.
