    I just returned from the Cine Gear Expo that was held at the Paramount Studios lot in Hollywood. It was amazing to see the amount of 5D2 and 7D cameras and accessories being shown ... next to likes of such brands as Panavision and Arriflex! I do not mean to imply that these HDSLR's are in the same league as 35 mm film cameras, but only to state that, judging from the products on display, the film and TV production community has taken as real interest in them. I spent 5 or 10 minutes talking to the Angenieux lens representative. He had an Optimo 15-40 zoom lens (roughly about a $48,000.00 lens) attached to 7D with a custom adapter made by Angenieux.

    I need to take a class. Canon is offering classes is dSLR video Do you know anyone else?
