Movie output in portrait format from Final Cut Pro?

I wonder if I am the only one that makes a video with my iPhone in portrait mode, edit in Final Cut Pro X, and want an output in portrait mode?

I am only able to get an video output in landscape mode from FCP.
It places the actual video in the center and adds a lot of "black" on each side to make a video output in landscape mode.

I really tried to RTFM, what there is of a manual...

Is it I that has to big expectations or?
