That's in my studio David.A question Al, was the family portrait shot in their home or is that your studio setup?
Albert
Hmmm.... yes there will be some of thoseGreat portraits, Albert.
150 families, wow... That's some serious material!! (and headaches?)
Thanks Corlan. We don't have an air pollution issue most of the year, but when it gets cold, and we get a ridge of high pressure, the cold air settles in the valley and we get an "inversion", with the warmer air up higher. This morning was a combination of that along with some fog, as we were right at the dew point. Made for some nice light, however.Beside the perfect stitch, quite an interesting composition with the green suburbs turning into cityscape -then the fog dressing the mountains in the remote backgroung. Lights, and DR, are just great.
Did not think you had this kind of issue with pollutants in your area, btw...
Thanks David. I live about 14 miles southeast from where this was taken. The shot is looking South, so just out of sight on the upper lefthand side. I was just killing time before an appointment in the downtown area this morning.Nice view Lloyd, is this where you live?
Thanks again Matt. I'm coveting that 24 PCE lens myself just now.well you nailed it , I have been looking at that 24mmPCE lens...the cousin of the one you used

Lloyd: Faux HDR. It was processed in Lightzone. There's a "Dark Light" preset with multiple sliders to tweek to suit. Here's another shot of the same car. Cheers.Sweet ride! I'd love a better look at that one. The image has a painterly, somewhat surreal look. Is that HDR?
Lloyd, very nice. I have the 24 PC-E, I'll have to try this. What program did you use for the stitching. Cheers.Hazy Morning. We have an inversion starting.

Thanks Matt. And thanks for posting that 2nd shot of that coupe. Sweet indeed. As for the stitching, it was done in PS4. File - Automate - PhotomergeLloyd, very nice. I have the 24 PC-E, I'll have to try this. What program did you use for the stitching. Cheers.

that one is greatLiving space inside is tiny (less than 250 sq. feet added), but they can't be happier. When summer comes, the 35-ft barge leaves port and they go for a 3-month ride up North...
Here's the cabin, "back" and "front":

Yup, that's the one. Thanks.Lloyd, is it the lens you wanted to part with for months and finally decided to keep?
