Phase One IQ4 150MP Bulb Mode / Black Reference Frame Calibration

When the Black Reference Frame Setting on the IQ4 back is set to Prerecorded I gather the back will use a Black Frame from the internal calibration data that was generated for this particular back at the factory. Phase One probably covered all the internally available shutter speeds at a range of temperatures. Now I wonder whether it also works in Bulb mode where a long exposure can deviate up to 1/6th of a stop from the discreet internal speeds.

When the camera is set to use a prerecorded black reference frame will this also work in Bulb/Toggle Mode or does Bulb/Toggle force the camera into a black frame capture break anyway?

To quote the IQ4 manual on Manual Mode (Bulb/Toggle):
Note that after you have stopped the capture, a black frame calibration will take place automatically, and the top touch screen will display a timer countdown while the black frame is recorded.

But there isn’t any information whether the Prerecorded setting will suppress this behavior in Bulb/Toggle Mode, too.

Another question on Bulb Mode where the manual says:
Please note that when Manual drive mode is selected, all remote capture functions are treated as Toggle, even if Bulb is selected.

Is this meant for tethered capture only or does it also force Toggle instead of Bulb when the shutter is triggered with a cable release or remote intervalometer?

Last question regarding the Manual Mode (Bulb/Toggle):
Can this mode be used to do long exposures beyond 60 minutes?

Just for reference, on the Hasselblad H6D the longest internal shutter speed is 68 minutes. In B or T mode the camera will also end the exposure after 68 minutes. So the H6D does not allow exposures beyond 68 minutes.
