CEH: +1 for Lloyd and Mike's comments on the 1st! The second is brilliant with the reflections and the light off the tuba on to his face.+1 What great framing

Charles: Thanks for the comment. Nicely done portrait. I'm going to go for the B&W here. It seems to draw me into her beautiful eyes and smile better. :thumbup:Thank you Lloyd and Matt Appreciate the kind words and comments...Matt: Beautiful shot! Really nice.... My favs are #1 and 3.

Mike: Nice dreamy, fall, quality to both. I like the tonality, esp. in the 2nd. It would be interesting to see the other shot. C'est la vie. :thumbup:Autumn leaves, both M8/CV75mm f2.5
I'd like to reshoot this next one again, and maybe reverse the focus so that it's on the tree...but I suspect the leaves have fallen now.

Mike

Osman: +1! Cherish the photo. Best wishes. Cheers, MattThose are wonderful smiles, and even more wonderful is the reason for them. We all celebrate with you in our hearts. This is great news Osman, and I pray for a continuing upward trend.

CEH: I'm probably a "peeping tom", but i love photos like the 1st one. The 2nd captures a moment with telling "looks" and canine bravado. Well seen, both! :salute: Cheers, Matt.............................
If you would only have taken one exceptional photograph in your life, this one could very well be it. So many things are right in this gorgious picture: composition, tension, angle, dynamics, the absence of time, etc. It's impossible to look away once you've seen it. So I applaud you with this fine capture.:salute:............................

Beautiful Set & Big Congrats On The New Rig!Finally went and got myself a M9 and I'm so glad I did, just a brilliant camera with some awesome qualities to it.
Finally got to spend some proper time with it so thought I'd post a few up since I hadn't done it before yet spent so long looking at all the great shots here.
All done with a 35mm Zeiss Biogon.
