Victor: Excellent street shot (although a D700 with a big telephoto would have worked best for this one! ). The pano's great. :thumbup:one more from our latest Italy trek (Cinque Terre)
M9 5 or 6 stiched, hand held. Pano from PTGUI (La Spezia train station)
shiro: It's definitely capable of some great shots. Probably underrated, too. It's one of the few Leica lenses in stock at our local dealer. Looking forward to more of your posts with it. :thumbup:Thanks Matt...... f3.8 does not bothers me . So far I have been using it mostly for day time shooting . One of my favorite lens is the 21 SA and that is not a fast lens either..... I wanted something wide to use on the M8 so I went with this lens and love it .... these high contrast high iso images are not doing the lens justice.. DavidE's images have inspired me to try some architecture shots with this lens ...
Matt, all three are lovely shots.
Nice pop in the first photo, clean and crisp! I am a sucker for bokeh and the third shot has a nice soft bokeh even with the f4.8 aperture setting, nicely done.
Dan/Lloyd: Thank you, both! That's my daughter the rocket scientist! Well not quite...just, a Biophysicist.Very nice, Matt. I like the look of the M9 b/w images shot at higher ISOs. This second shot is really nice.
So Far Behind! Great Work Here Everyone!

Nice Shot can almost smell the wood! Here is a shot I liked sort of but wasnt happy with the way it looked in colour , but my 7 yr old convinced me to convert it to B+W and i think it looks a LOT better now
