WTB a LED Light to shoot Indoor Portraits

I have a Neewer 360 ARC LED light 21'' I am having a technical problem with it and I am working with Neewer Tech Support
In the meantime can you recommend a different LED Light and is reasonable
I paid 212.00 a few months ago. What I plan to do is use a cloth diffuser or shoot through umbrella with the LED light to get softer lighting even increasing the ISO Thanks for any suggestions
