Ed, just curious, is it a color cast in the sky or is it natural ? It looks like quite a strong cast.

Who cares!Ed, just curious, is it a color cast in the sky or is it natural ? It looks like quite a strong cast.
Actually I care! And not because I don't like the image how it is, but because I am just curious.Who cares!
That's a really nice image Ed.
It's actually more of an exposure trick than anything. The sky lit up magenta as it was snowing as the sun rose. I purposely blended an overexposed sky to make the gray clouds look white and reduced contrast In the sky substantially to make it look more like daylight. I've sat on the image for three or four years but decided it was interesting enough to post.Ed, just curious, is it a color cast in the sky or is it natural ? It looks like quite a strong cast.
Yes it is, and it also houses the US headquarters of the W3C.Very nice! I assume that is a Gehry building, did not know he had one at MIT.
Very nice Graham! Got to love the way the big, clean MF files convert to B&W -- so far nothing else comes closeAnother long exposure example. I'd have preferred to go much longer but not with the IQ160 alas.
