Olympus UK Service . . .

Well, I thought my E-M1 had too many blurry pictures . . . . so I called Olympus UK.
They picked it up via DHL the next morning (Thursday)
Portugal 'replaced the shutter'
It was despatched from Portugal the following Wednesday via DHL.

It's fixed (it had clearly been wrong for some time).

Cracking Service - Excellent - couldn't be better.

It arrived back at the same time as my 12-100 . . . So, I'm Having Fun

Not another 'Caspar' was it ?

Reading the 'Leica Service' thread fills me with horror, but actually I've always had excellent service from both my dealer in Amsterdam and Leica Germany (Andrea).
Seems the Yanks are out of luck here ...

Anyway, with the mkII on the horizon I wonder which of the sons will inherent your mkI ?
Surely not Scarlett ?
