I made an international purchase of a hard-to-find lens shade fro Hel. Terrific price, superior packaging, and fast service. Also good communication. I would buy from him again in a heartbeat.
im interested I live in NB any chance your coming this way anytime soon?

Hi @Alkibiades

I was reading several posts, and I see that you seem to know the SK Makro Symmar 120mm well, I use the 80mm and I find it very good on the IQ3100. But I have a hesitation about the 120 Makro compared to the SK 120 N or the SK120 M. What would you recommend?

Thanks in advance.

hallo Peter, Rafael here (I bought some P1 stuff from you, a few years ago, still happy with them !)

You're selling a little screen shade in the BS ... would that fit or be adaptable to a P1 back ? P30+ or IQ 140 ?

Rafael

Hi Rafael,

Sorry for the very late reply, I haven't been on the site for a while and apparently I don't get an email when someone write on my wall...

Anyway I checked the shade with my IQ3100 and it is a tiny bit to small. It might be possible to modify it to fit but I'm not sure.
I guess the same applies with the P backs...

Best

Because the orange dot lens was only develop for the h6d system. Any orange dot see was from the h6d era.

OK Thank you I appreciate it
Tell me, have you given up with film and sold your Imacon ? You seem very busy with digital.

I recently purchased Leitz Focomat IIc and Leitz V35 enlargers, plus wash tank etc, but I think it was a mistake. I'm awaiting the release of the Hasselblad CFV III 100C, which I'm told is coming in September. Good to hear from you, thanks.
Hi Uwe, Ive never been comfortable on this Forum. I fell out with Guy Mancuso on the Leica forum before he started GetDPI. I have posted pictures here in the past, but not many. I am still infatuated with photography and quite busy taking photos, but I'm not travelling anywhere. I want to start again soon, like next week. Carol hasn't been well and that's just an excuse for me.

... I still have my Imacon, but it really needs a service!
I've been concentrating on digital work at the moment, especially monochrome cameras from Leica and Phase-One.
I bought both cameras second-hand.

I enjoy the 246 from Leica - work makes the back from Phase-One : ).

The satisfaction that my best analogue work gave me, my best digital work does not give me.
And bad things are bad digitally and analogue.

But at the moment I feel that the effort involved in shooting analogue,
is not appropriate for my level of photography.

Photography still gives me pleasure, but I want to do it with less effort.
I think it is great that we have crossed paths again Gary.

Hope Carol is feeling better soon.

Best regards

Uwe
Hi Gary,

nice to see you are active here again.
I looked through ALL your posts yesterday for pictures,
but I couldn't find a single one!
: ))

I hope you find the joy of photography again.
Best regards

Uwe
Hi Chris, we had a text message earlier today about the XCD 90. I might be interested in the Hassy H5D-50C ( You have 2 or 3 of them for sale) the one with the 9 rating is it a 50C or 50?
LMK and I can get the process started for my purchase. Some of the pictures have some marks or reflection on the Rear LCD area Are they marks or reflections? TY Dennis
Hi Ken, I hope you dont mind but can you give me your opinion on what I want to do: I have the X1D2 and 45P and want to get the XCD 90 for my portraits and have only 1 camera OR
Buy a Hassy H5D50C and buy a 80 or 100mm Lens for it and use it for my portraits and Have 2 cameras( I never had just 1 camera....in case one acts up) Thanks Dennis
Ethan - did you order a new Center Filter for 28HR? I may have a pre-owned copy.

Hi Lance, thank you for the offer! I think for now I am holding off on an IQ4, as awesome as it would be. Hard to justify right now at least :(

I am very glad you enjoy it!

Best,
Max
