The Law check for impostors,

A fanfare sounds,

and The Lady Usher of the Black Rod knocks on the door with her black rod.

in which

An old lady sits down in a chair,

she is given a script by a man in a wig,

She reads from the script,

and leaves.

The faceless audience sit enraptured.

If you ask me it's a good job I left the 'subtitles' in the pictures else you would still be scratching your heads wondering how on earth I managed to take all these incredibly historic pictures.
