Fuji GFX AF to MF Switch On Camera Body: Question

When I switch from the Fuji Lens to 3rd Party lens does it matter if I don't switch the AF/M button in the camera body? Another words what if I forget switch back and forth when switching from Fuji's Lens which I use in AF to the 3rd party lens which is only Manual Focus? Thanks

When I use my Mamiya lenses on the GFX I don't change the AF mode setting from it's normal AF-ON setting that I use with the Fuji G lenses. I've never had a problem with using the non-Fuji lenses with AF mode set.
