Since entering a new business venture, I have put my photography on hold and these D1 kits have been sitting unused for at least a year. Both of the kits were purchased about 2 years ago and were used off an on for about a year. I would estimate that each kit was used for 20 portrait sessions -- not a full time job obviously.
Overall, the kits are in excellent condition, with evidence of wear most prominent around the silver rims at the edge (the mount interface). I have never replaced either the flash or modeling bulb, but when last used, they functioned without issue and a quick test today revealed no problems.
I am selling the D1 500/500 Air kit for $1699 + shipping, and the D1 500/1000 Air kit for $1849 + shipping. I am located in New England and the units can be picked up locally either in Cambridge or RI. No fees for paypal.
