100% functional, perfectly clean glass, with cosmetic wear around the hood flanges and barrel. See photos. Comes with front and rear caps and hood only. No box or paperwork. The lens hood fell apart and was glued back together (not by me). Now it's slightly ovoid in shape and requires some compression and wiggling to put on, but it's useable. I rarely used it.
I've had the lens since summer 2015 and it hasn't needed the AF motor upgrade yet. The hood came separately.
