The Leica (part # 14470) battery charger was a warranty replacement for my M9P and comes complete with original packaging and all three attachments (US, EU, and auto plugs).
This also comes with the original M9P battery and an after-market battery which has worked well.
B&H Photos lists the charger for $179 and the original battery for $149 for a total of $328 (not including tax and the aftermarket battery).
You can have the entire package for less than the cost of one battery.
