I have a graphic kowa 270 mm lens and would like to mount in copal shutter. For now I'm using with Sinar shutter, The big shutter has vibration. I need to do conversion. I am trying to take out front and rear elements. Front group coming out easily, but rear group looks like one peace with barrel. Please help if anyone has experience for conversion of this lens.

I would consult SK Grimes. They may not have a shutter, but they may have some advice on removing it from the DB mount.

He does a lot of work on Copal shutters.

FYI that shutter is worth quite a bit of money when you finish with your conversion, they go for ~300 USD at least on eBay.
