CorelDRAW cad tool

Hello community...I am new here and am seeking some advice.
How do I deal with the CorelDRAW (CD) error message, CD has found an error it can't correct.* It shows up for one .CDR file but not others. Why does the program give me this pop up every*time? I have already tried resetting CD, as well as uninstalling, and then reinstalling it again. Any ideas?

1. Check for Windows updates. If updates are available, please install them and reboot your computer as prompted
2. Make sure that both the 64 and 32 bit versions of Visual C++ are installed.
Go to Control Panel ► Programs (or Programs and Features)

3. Reboot computer
4. Launch CorelDRAW
