Best camera cases for Nikon DSLRs?

I own a Nikon D60 with 18-200 lens and just cannot find a compact tight fitting carrying case that would handle my Macbook Air, my camera, and basic accessories.

Any suggestions from the FT community?

Take a look at the Think Tank Urban Disguise range. Maybe the Urban Disguise 35 . That'll handle the MBA & D60 with 18-200 and some extras easily. It also doesn't shout out 'CAMERA BAG' either.
