do you ever get tired of straight photos, no matter how good they are? i've shot this event in the same place five times. two examples,

alas, it becomes a struggle to do anything new. the canon g3 performed very well. i like the camera more and more and regret spending thousands of dollars on fancier stuff for the past six years, but that's another story. but with the high sun everybody's eyes were in shadow, so i transformed the photos into something else. you really don't need a fancy camera to do this kind of stuff. (i know everyone won't like it.)
