Adobe DNG Converter d-lux4 and Aperture

I assume this also refers to the Pana Lx3 and G1 files, but I know I'm not alone in liking Aperture, the 'linear' raw files created by the previous version of dng converter were already demosaiced, and rather huge (and not readable by Aperture)!

Of course, this is relevent to anyone else who's favorite converter won't process these files, but will process DNG

I've been trying out the new 5.4 DNG converter with the d-Lux4 files, and it now produces sensible 10mb DNG files, which Aperture reads!

What is also clear is that lens information is not processed (and I assume that it doesn't demosaic the files either).

This is grand news for me, but the inherent distortion in that 24-60 lens is rather frightening to behold. Here is an example shot at 24mm at ISO 400
