I always question the opinion of people who self mutilate :ROTFL:Which Camera Ecosystem? Not Sony for many reasons

No bias! :ROTFL:
Apparently he just likes to shoot of his mouth.
In Sony camp I’m interested in the A9II and A7SIII... and in that order. I’ll pass on the A7RIV more than likely. 42mp is enough for me and I truly want the extra crop modes built into the software.SR5) First leaked image of the new Sony A9II flagship camera!

If true - this would be a welcome development.
New cameras of interest to me: Fujifilm - GFX100, Sony - A7rIV, A9II
Interestingly the GFX100 and A7rIV have an identical pixel pitch and, despite being an mMF, the Fuji doesn’t seem to have more DR than the FF Sony, according to Jim Kasson’s blog.
A new A9II rumor thread also started here: https://www.fredmiranda.com/forum/topic/1612739
Samy’s Camera was having a different sale in store than online for their anniversary. I found out about it from a photographer buddy and called to see if they’d honor the price over the phone if I paid for shipping at cost. The salesman was willing but the manager nixed it. Easiest $2600+ they would’ve made that day. Oh well... been looking at the GFX50S again but honestly I’d like the GFX100 in the 50S body. I didn’t care for the differing ergonomics between landscape and portrait shooting... but it’s an amazing camera. Thanks Tre. Who is “they”?
I wonder if we will see the A9 at a sub $3k mark once the A9II is announced. If so I’ll probably grab one depending on what we see from the successor and the A7SIII.Sony a9 firmware update adds Animal Eye AF, interval shooting and more
