A7R III keep the focus area always in the center

an old and bad habit probably but I like to keep the focus area always in the center, but it moves, and if I'm not careful I end up with the focus on the bottom right or left and my picture is fuzzy
is there an option for the focus area to stay still and always in the middle whatever you do?

Focus Area: Center

It's a bit bigger then the flexible spot "small", but it doesn't move.

At least that's how it is on my A7 and A7ii, but I think the A7Riii is similar

Could it be the touch screen? Accidentally touching it with your face/nose and moving the point? It can be disabled in the settings.
