Joe: Thanks! It was the same "red thing". The long walk was up to the top of the hill where I shot #3. I saw the combine, noticed it was by a road, went down, and drove around to get close to it.Matt, #1, 2 & 4 for me on this set. Curious was the "red thing" on 2&3 the same one? You must have walked a long way for that shot? ...
Ashwin: Just trying a little of what we discussed. Your friend looks familiar. I like these two a lot. The first is an excellent version of the silhouettes/landscape cliche (I can say that because i posted one a little while ago). The two women walking in on the right, hands gesturing, adds a nice dynamic to it. The second's a lively, fun, photo! :salute:This SLUG went out to the beach with a non-SLUG friend....
LOL...
Thanks to you all for your kind words, and to Matt and Ed for some constructive feedback. I will take another look and do some clean up/crop as you have suggested....
A couple from tonight...
Ed: Very cool! Where were you? My predilection (not necessarily correct?) would be to lighten the sitting man's face a skosh to make it more recognizable. The first one's perfect. :salute:A couple shots from last night.
