Yes the M9-P has full packing, all accessories and manual and certificates.
I guess the easiest way is we do it though paypal but my price of US$4,999 is net to me. So you will need to add paypal charges (approx. 3%). Another option is to send the paypal payment as "gift" or "for friends or family" than your charges will be only a few dollars.
Where are you located? I can give you some postage quotes. I can probably help you out on the postage costs.
