I notice that you did not cite the book 'High Dynamic Range Imaging' by Reinhard et al. in your recent article on dpreview. This 2006 hardback volume is the definitive technical reference for the technique. I also wonder why you did not cite any other sources in your article – perhaps they are included in your bound volume, but could not be included on the web?
