Hi all,
Starting to get to grips with shooting my new A7 with a number of budget m-mount lenses (CV 21/4, 35/1.4/2.5, m-hex 50/2) - lots to like about this camera - especially as my new-second-hand-M9 had to be returned due to a delaminating sensor.
Having looked through the manual I can't seem to find if the following is possible - so thought I would defer to the experts :
Is it possible to modify the magnified view so that it only takes up a small portion of the main view?
I like using the 10x focus magnifier but it seems very slow for me and I hate that it takes up the whole EVF thus losing all composition. In an ideal world I could view a small portion of the magnified image in a small box in the centre of the main image - this would be very similar to using an RF patch and would allow one to quickly check sharpness and recompose.
Is this possible with the A7/r?
Thanks for looking
