I love the look and the specs of this backpack. Have ordered one, but there is absolutely no communication from the company. I have tried phone, web-form and email. Makes me think maybe the company is not so solid......

Got rid of it. Not as wonderful as I had imagined. Last time I buy something bag over the internet not seen.
