HI

I have just hauled out my old lighting kit but for the life of me cannot remember how to use them properly


My question is can I keep the light on constantly to light the scene, or can I only use them to flash when I click my camera


If I can keep them on please could anyone tell me how to do this :)

Yes, you can keep the modelling lamps on. The Impact series were very easy to use. Simply turn them on, set the flash trigger to sync cord or IR, and trigger the flash accordingly.
